Real peaches simmered with sugar and black tea, chilled over ice — like the bottled stuff, except it actually tastes like peaches.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 liter water
- 1/3 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 3–4 black tea bags
- Ice, to serve
- Peach slices and mint, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Simmer the sliced peaches in the water with the sugar for about 10 minutes, until soft and fragrant.
- Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and add the tea bags. Steep 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and let the mixture cool completely.
- Strain into a pitcher, pressing gently on the peaches.
- Serve over plenty of ice, garnished with peach slices and mint.
Tip: Better than the bottled version, and you control the sugar. It keeps 3–4 days in the fridge.
