Ingredients
- 12 cookies !!
- 1 cup salted butter, softened (226g)
- 1 cup brown sugar (200g)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp vanilla (15g)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (360g)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (16g)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda (3g)
- 1/2 tsp salt (3g) white chocolate chips (measure with your heart ) & white chocolate chunks in a large bowl
- 4 oz cookie scoop ) flatten then stuff a piece of white chocolate inside and shape them into a cone shape place onto a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between each cookie
Instructions
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
- Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix until fully combined
- Fold in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just combined
- Fold in the white chocolate chips
- Bake at 375f until the edges are lightly golden but the centers still look slightly underbaked
- While the cookies are still warm, use a cookie cutter or cup to gently shape them into perfect circles
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring
- Optional: pour melted white chocolate on a parchment lined cookie sheet and place the cookie on top
- Let cool before serving
