Triple chocolate chip cookies
Bold, saucy triple chocolate chip cookies that disappears from the pan before it reaches the table.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 (210) cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 (60g) cup natural cocoa powder
- 1 tsp (5g) corn starch
- 1 cup (225g) cold salted butter , cut into small pieces
- 1/4 (50g) cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 (170g) cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp (5g) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) baking soda
- 1 tsp (5g) vanilla bean paste
- 3/4 cup (120g) semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup (55g) white chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup (85g) milk chocolate
- 2 cold eggs
Instructions
- In a stand mixer or mixing bowl crack eggs add granulated sugar beat on high speed until sugar is completely dissolved and mixture turns light pale in color , add brown sugar and beat for 2-3 min.
- Add butter and beat on high until creamy and smooth.
- Add vanilla bean paste and mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. All purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, corn starch and cocoa powder. Mix well together.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet batter. Add in chocolate chips. Mix until just combined do not over mix the batter.
- Scoop out 6 ounce dough ball on a parchment paper. Freeze the dough for at least 1 hour. Do not place more than 4 cookies on one baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Bake the cookies for 13-16 minutes or until crispy from the edges and gooey soft from inside.
- Let cool completely before consuming.
Tip: Taste the sauce before assembling and adjust the salt then, not after.
