Mini Biscoff KitKat cheesecake in a cup
A single-serve no-bake cheesecake built in a mug: Biscoff crumb base, sweet cream cheese, melted KitKat and a crunchy cookie crown.

Ingredients
- 5 Biscoff cookies
- 3 tsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2–3 tbsp sugar
- 2–4 KitKat fingers
- 2 tbsp chocolate, melted
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Crushed Biscoff and KitKat, to decorate
Instructions
- Put the Biscoff cookies in a mug or small mold and crush them to fine crumbs with a spoon. Press into a crust.
- Mix the soft cream cheese with the sugar and spoon over the base. Chill a few minutes.
- Melt the crushed KitKat with the chocolate and pour over the cream layer.
- Top with whipped cream if you like, and finish with crushed Biscoff and KitKat.
- Chill briefly and eat straight from the cup.
