- 1/2 cup melted butter, warm (113g) (for the cream)
- 1/3 cup neutral oil (55g) (for the cream)
- 2 eggs + (for the cream)
- 1 yolk (for the cream)
- 1 tsp vanilla (4g) (for the cream)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (95g) (for the cream)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g) (for the cream)
- 1/2 tsp instant espresso powder (for the cream)

Instructions

- Dollop remaining brownie batter over the cookie dough and top with crushed oreos
- Bake at 325°f for 45–60 mins, until edges are set and center is soft but not liquid
- Cool 30–45 mins before slicing so the brownies can set
