Ingredients
- 115 g melted butter (1/2 cup)
- 100 g granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
- 60 g brown sugar (1/3 cup)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 150 g all purpose flour (1 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 150 g white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
- Add the egg and vanilla, whisking until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, matcha) to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined
- Scoop the dough using an ice cream scoop and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or overnight. (Don't skip this step)
- Roll each dough into a ball and place on a baking tray lined with parchment 2-3 inches apart.
