No-bake Ferrero Rocher cheesecake
A cookie crust, Nutella cream cheese filling with a frozen Nutella heart, and a Ferrero-almond topping — no oven required.

Ingredients
- For the base: 300 g cookies + 70 g melted butter
- For the filling: 500 g cream cheese
- 200 g Nutella
- 200 g heavy cream (for whipping)
- 50 g powdered sugar
- For the center: 150 g Nutella, frozen flat
- For the topping: 150 g Nutella, melted
- Chopped almonds
- Ferrero Rocher, to decorate
Instructions
- Crush the cookies, mix with the melted butter and press firmly into a springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese with 200 g of Nutella until creamy.
- Separately, whip the cream with the powdered sugar to soft peaks, then fold the two mixtures together.
- Spread half the filling over the base, lay the frozen Nutella disc in the center, and cover with the rest.
- Chill overnight.
- Top with melted Nutella, chopped almonds and Ferrero Rocher before serving.
