Easy Valentines Brookies

Ingredients

• 1 box brownie mix (prepared as directed) Chunks/balls of store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough (I usually do 6-
• 7 large chunks but this time I did 8-
• 10 smaller ones)
• 9 pillsbury heart sugar cookies Instructions: Preheat the oven to 325°F
• 9 pillsbury sugar cookies on top
• 15 more minutes until brookies are set and a toothpick inserted comes out with just a few moist crumbs

Instructions

1. Grease/line an 8x8 pan
2. Prepare the brownie mix as directed then spread evenly into the pan
3. Add the chunks/balls of chocolate chip cookie dough on top and press them in
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes
5. (at this point the edges should be set and center still very soft) add the
6. *watch the brookies carefully, different brownie mixes and pans may vary in bake time
7. Let it cool for clean cuts
