Ingredients
- For the chicken — 1 chicken breast, halved lengthwise and pounded

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce — 2 tsp lemon juice (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce — 2 cups lettuce washed and chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce — 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
- In a bowl crack eggs add water and whisk until smooth, set aside.
- In another bowl mix all purpose flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika powder.
- In a separate bowl add panko bread crumbs, parsley, basil and lemon zest.
- Coat the seasoned chicken fillets in egg wash, then dip them in dry flour, followed by egg batter. Finally, coat them in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayo , Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan cheese. drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Season the sauce with salt pepper to taste.
- In a bowl, combine lettuce, pasta & Parmesan cheese. Add olive oil and toss gently, add Caesar dressing mix.
- Plate and top it with crispy chicken. Finish it off with Parmesan, lemon juice, and black pepper.
Tip: Get the pan properly hot before adding anything — most sogginess starts with a lukewarm pan.
