Ingredients

  • For the chicken — 1 chicken breast, halved lengthwise and pounded

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce — 2 cups lettuce washed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce — 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl crack eggs add water and whisk until smooth, set aside.
  3. In another bowl mix all purpose flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika powder.
  4. In a separate bowl add panko bread crumbs, parsley, basil and lemon zest.
  5. Coat the seasoned chicken fillets in egg wash, then dip them in dry flour, followed by egg batter. Finally, coat them in bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
  7. In a bowl, whisk together mayo , Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan cheese. drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  8. Season the sauce with salt pepper to taste.
  9. In a bowl, combine lettuce, pasta & Parmesan cheese. Add olive oil and toss gently, add Caesar dressing mix.
  10. Plate and top it with crispy chicken. Finish it off with Parmesan, lemon juice, and black pepper.
Tip: Get the pan properly hot before adding anything — most sogginess starts with a lukewarm pan.
