- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 9 pcs crushed oreos
- 225g soft butter (1 block)
- 4 oz soft cream cheese (1/2 block)
- 9 pcs crushed oreos
Instructions
- This no-fuss Cookies & Cream Sheet Cake tastes just like childhood. so nostalgic
- My kids were up late today so I baked while they played (and fought ) beside me.
- I used my countertop oven from @simplus.ph so I didn’t have to worry about little hands getting near a hot oven.

Tip: Line the pan with parchment overhanging the sides so you can lift the whole slab out.
