Christmas M&M's cookies stuffed with Nutella

Ingredients

• 140 g unsalted butter, melted
• 130 g brown sugar
• 90 g white sugar
• 1 egg
• 245 g flour
• 3 g baking soda
• 200 g white chocolate chips
• 200 g M&M's
• Pinch of salt
• 300 g Nutella

Instructions

1. Mix both sugars with the melted butter, then beat in the egg.
2. Fold in the flour and baking soda, then the white chocolate chips and M&M's.
3. Form 55–58 g dough balls and refrigerate several hours; take them out 30 minutes before baking.
4. Bake 10 minutes at 175°C (350°F) in a preheated oven, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and cool slightly.
5. Sandwich or fill with Nutella, and box them up before they disappear.
