- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, oil, and both sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until fully combined.
- Stir in the mashed bananas and sour cream.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Don't over mix.

- Divide batter evenly into the muffin liners (it should be filled almost to the top).
- Top with more chocolate chips.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean/mostly clean.

- To make the brownie batter, whisk together, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla.
- In a bowl whisk together heat treated flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a thick paste forms.
- Add the cream until smooth/you reach your desired consistency.
- Using the back of a piping tip (or a chopstick/skewer), create a hole in the center of each muffin. Pipe brownie batter into the whole to fill it.
