Instructions
- Let the mixture sit for 20–30 minutes before serving. This allows the garlic, herbs, and tomatoes to infuse the olive oil and makes a huge difference.
- Serve with warm crusty bread, focaccia, or a fresh baguette.
- The most important ingredient is actually the olive oil use a peppery, high-quality extra virgin olive oil and it will elevate everything else.
